GDP is RMB 99.1 trillion, with an increase of 6.1%.

國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值99.1萬(wàn)億元，增長(zhǎng)6.1%

Effectively control the epidemic situation in a relatively short period of time and protect the basic life of the people, which is difficult.

在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)有效控制疫情，保障了人民基本生活，十分不易、成之惟艱

Many weak links have been exposed in public health emergency management.

公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急管理等方面暴露出不少薄弱環(huán)節(jié)

No specific target is set for annual economic growth.

沒有提出全年經(jīng)濟(jì)增速具體目標(biāo)

Provide more than 9 million new jobs in urban areas, and control the surveyed urban unemployment rate at about 6%.

城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)900萬(wàn)人以上，城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)查失業(yè)率6%左右

Lift all rural poor people and all poverty-stricken counties out of poverty under the current standard.

現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口全部脫貧、貧困縣全部摘帽

Anti-epidemic: Greatly improve the prevention and control capabilities, and resolutely prevent the epidemic from re-emerging. Implement a package of policies to support the development of Hubei.

抗疫：大幅提升防控能力，堅(jiān)決防止疫情反彈。實(shí)施好支持湖北發(fā)展一攬子政策

Finance: The scale of the fiscal deficit will be increased by RMB 1 trillion from last year, and RMB 1 trillion of special anti-epidemic government bonds will be issued.

財(cái)政：財(cái)政赤字規(guī)模比去年增加1萬(wàn)億元，發(fā)行1萬(wàn)億元抗疫特別國(guó)債

Tax reduction and fee reduction: It is expected that the new burden reduction for enterprises will exceed RMB 2.5 trillion throughout the year.

減稅降費(fèi)：預(yù)計(jì)全年為企業(yè)新增減負(fù)超過2.5萬(wàn)億元

Employment: Eliminate unreasonable restrictions on employment, and all measures promoting employment shall be taken.

就業(yè)：清理取消對(duì)就業(yè)的不合理限制，促就業(yè)舉措要應(yīng)出盡出

Innovation: Deepen a new round of comprehensive innovation reform experiments.

創(chuàng)新：深化新一輪全面創(chuàng)新改革試驗(yàn)

Consumption: Support e-commerce and express delivery into the countryside. Expand 5G applications.

消費(fèi)：支持電商、快遞進(jìn)農(nóng)村。拓展5G應(yīng)用

Investment: It is planned to arrange RMB 3.75 trillion for local government special bonds, and RMB 600 billion for central government budgetary investment.

投資：擬安排地方政府專項(xiàng)債券3.75萬(wàn)億元，中央預(yù)算內(nèi)投資安排6000億元

Finance: Inclusive small and micro enterprises loans growth rate of large-scale commercial banks shall be higher than 40%.

金融：大型商業(yè)銀行普惠型小微企業(yè)貸款增速要高于40%

Poverty alleviation: Increase the strength on lifting remaining poor counties and villages out of poverty.

脫貧攻堅(jiān)：加大剩余貧困縣和貧困村攻堅(jiān)力度

Agriculture: Newly develop 80 million mu of high-standard farmlands.

農(nóng)業(yè)：新建高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田8000萬(wàn)畝

Education: Expand the enrollment scale of colleges and universities towards students from rural and poor areas.

教育：擴(kuò)大高校面向農(nóng)村和貧困地區(qū)招生規(guī)模

Social security: Expand the coverage scope of minimum subsistence allowances, and provide full coverage to families in difficulties in urban and rural areas.

社保：擴(kuò)大低保保障范圍，對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)困難家庭應(yīng)保盡保

Open: Organize the third session of the China International import Expo. Jointly implement the first phase of China-US economic and trade agreement.

開放：籌辦好第三屆進(jìn)博會(huì)。共同落實(shí)中美第一階段經(jīng)貿(mào)協(xié)議

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: Establish and improve the legal system and enforcement mechanism of the special administrative region to maintain national security.

港澳臺(tái)：建立健全特別行政區(qū)維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的法律制度和執(zhí)行機(jī)制
